Ana Briga Sá
She completed her PhD in Civil Engineering Sciences in 2011 in the field of passive solar systems: Trombe wall. She is an Assistant Professor of the Engineering Department of UTAD and an integrated member of Centre of building materials and building technologies (CMADE). Her research interests are mainly in energy efficiency and thermal performance of buildings, sustainable materials and energy to water nexus in the urban water cycle.
Cristina Matos
She completed her PhD in Engineering Sciences by UTAD in 2009. She is an Assistant Professor of the Engineering Department of UTAD. Since 2009, she is an integrated member of Centre of building materials and building technologies (CMADE) and her research interests are mainly in efficient use of wate, low impact development measurements (Lids) and energy to water nexus in the urban cycle.
Ricardo Bento
He completed his PhD in Engineering Sciences by UTAD in 2011. He is an Assistant Professor of the Engineering Department of UTAD and vice director of the Master course in Geographic Information Systems and of the Degree in Tourism of UTAD. Since 2010, he coordinates the Spatial Studies Group of UTAD (GETER-UTAD) and has been responsible for the technical-scientific coordination of the revision of 10 Municipal Master Plans (PDM), especially in the Douro region. He is currently an integrated member of UTAD’s Center for Transdisciplinary Studies for Development (CETRAD) and his research interests are mainly in regional and spatial planning in low density areas.
